Our first mapping conversation covers the people, bills, insurance, records, and responsibilities your household relies on. We turn that conversation into your Family Continuity Snapshot: what we know so far and what still needs checking.
Some details will take a little digging. We give you a focused list and help you work through it, rather than leaving you to decide what matters.
Personal help through the finish.
For our first households, you work directly with Steve. We use FCCC’s software to organize the information, and help you add or clarify details as you go.
Before delivery, we review the map with you. Important gaps stay visible so your family can distinguish confirmed information from things still needing attention.

Do my spouse and I both need to take part?
You can start with what you know. If someone else handles part of your household, we help identify the details they can add.
How long will it take?
The first conversation gets your map started. Finishing depends on your household and the details you need to gather. We discuss the expected work with you before you begin.
What happens when something changes?
Your map should reflect your life. We explain the available update arrangements before you begin, including how to request changes and receive a revised copy.
Do you keep my passwords?
The map records where your access instructions are kept. Passwords, phone passcodes, and recovery codes belong in your own secure storage, separate from the map.
